Eastern Iowa Bible Conference

About the Conference

High Point Bible Chapel (Davenport, IA) and Gateway Bible Chapel (Clinton, IA) annually host the Eastern Iowa Bible Conference, and welcome anyone who desires to attend. The conference is a relaxing time where people can gather for Christian fellowship, encouragement, and Biblical exposition. Keith Keyser of Reading, Pennsylvania has been invited to speak at our 2020 conference, and will be sharing with us on "Things Old & New: Lessons for Today's Church from Yesterday's Christians." We are also pleased to have Katy King join us again as our children's teacher.

About the Speaker

Keith Keyser

Raised in a Christian home, Keith Keyser was converted at age 7 through a knowledge of his sinfulness and Christ’s sufficiency to save. His gift of teaching developed in the local assembly in Gilbertsville, PA where he continues to fellowship (Grace Gospel Chapel – gracegospelchapel.org). In 1999, Keith left regular employment in favor the Lord’s service fulltime. He engages in itinerant Bible teaching and gospel preaching ministry. Married to Naomi since 2005, they have been blessed with three young daughters and a son, named Anastasia, Nadia, Fiona, and Micah.

Times change, but man's essential nature and needs do not. Accordingly, there are doctrinal and moral lessons from Church history that we need to remember. Some examples of the central truths of Christianity will be put forth, from the first century Church through the Present Day.
